Account & Login
Go to the login page and click on Forgot Password. Enter your registered email or
phone, follow the OTP verification and set a new password. If you still face issues, raise a ticket
from the support portal.
Ensure your phone number is correct and has active SMS service. If the issue continues, try the
Resend OTP option after 60 seconds or use email OTP. Still blocked? Contact
support for manual verification.
Payments & Billing
Sometimes banks take extra time to confirm the transaction. Wait for 15-20 minutes and check your
Bookings section. If still not visible, share the transaction reference with
support; our finance team will verify and either confirm the booking or process a refund.
Go to My Bookings > Payments, select the relevant transaction and click on
Download Invoice. You will get a PDF copy with GST details for your records.
Projects & Site Visits
Open your booked visit from the Site Visits section and choose
Reschedule. Select a new date and time slot. Reschedules are allowed up to 4 hours
before the original visit time.
Yes. Raise a ticket from the app or website mentioning the reason. Our support team will assign a
new associate based on your location and project.
